Rental conditions


Mia dolce Toscana accepts reservations either by email via A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your booking has been made.

Terms of payment & letting

The renting period for all apartments during high-season is a minimum of one week, from Saturday til Saturday. Outside of the high-season, this policy is flexible and other arrangements may be accepted.

A deposit amounting to 30% of the total rental fees shall be paid after you receive the confirmation email. The account number and other bank details will depend on the country you are in and will be provided in due course.

Full payment is due within six weeks of the start of the rental period.

We reserve the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the balance is not received by the due date and shall apply cancellation charges as stated in these rental conditions.

Number of persons

The number of persons staying in the accommodation must never exceed the stated number of sleeping places.

Arrival & departure

Arrival times are on Saturdays between 15:00 and 19:00 and departure time is before 10:00 am on the last Saturday of the rental period. If these times do not fit your travel schedule we ask you to inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Client Cancellations

If you have to cancel your accommodation the following charges will occur:
  • More than six weeks prior to the arrival date: Forfeit of deposit
  • 30-41 days prior to arrival date: 75% of the total rental fee
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of total rental fee
Documents and Insurances

As a traveller you are obliged to hold the correct travel documents and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. Mia dolce Toscana cannot accept any responsibility in the event that the client has failed to make these arrangements.


By paying the rent, you and all members of your party acknowledge complete awareness of these Rental Conditions and agree to accept and abide by the terms stated herein. We do not have any obligation to compensate you for any personal injury, death, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you (or by any member of your party) save to the extent caused by our own negligence.

Property description

At your arrival the property or apartment should be clean and tidy. If there are any complaints you can contact us within 24 hours after arrival. We ask you kindly to leave the property or apartment as tidy as possible.

Change of accommodation

In the unlikely case of force majeure events which render the reserved property inhabitable, unusable or inferior to its previous standard, we reserve the right to arrange equivalent accommodation for you or, if you prefer, reimburse you 100% including the otherwise non-refundable deposit. In case of force majeure events, it is your responsibility to check your email and read the email updates we send to you. We reserve the right to retain the deposit in case of late cancellations that come as a result of force majeure events. The deadline for such cancellations is 2 weeks as of the date the notification is sent out.


Whilst every care is taken to ensure quality accommodation and first class service, we may not take any responsibility for the conduct and actions of the host / owner of the property and the services offered to you. Our quality control is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Mia dolce Toscana makes no warranty that the accommodation and service will meet your requirements. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Mia dolce Toscana or through any other channel will create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any point without sending out email notifications about the changes.
